Finding your favorite foods on campus is easy. We are proud to offer a dining program complete with signature brands and menu selections that include just about every item you can imagine. Just feast your eyes on what we have available!

Café Panola
As always, our delicious salad bar and a selection of homemade pizzas will be available. Remember, from time to time our menus will change to accommodate holidays or special events.

Student Center

Pony Expresso [ view menu ]
Pony Expresso, conveniently located in the student center next to the bookstore, is perfect for the academic on the go. Delicious & portable grill selections, combo meals, fresh-made salads, and convenience items mean you can squeeze in lunch without leaving campus. With something for every taste, stop by and use your pony bucks or cash to refuel for that afternoon class.

Dining Procedures

One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

  • Please bus your tray and disposables from your table when you have finished dining.
  • Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
