Meeting Rooms
There are a variety of meeting rooms available on campus to suit
your needs. Though our catering staff will be happy to assist you
in determining which room is appropriate for your function, all
room use requests and payments must be handled by Renae Weaver in
the Panola College Business Office.
The Ballroom is perfect for large receptions, ceremonies, and banquets.
Centrally located in the Student Union Building, it is also ideal
for workshops and training meetings.

The Texas Room is a more intimate setting, excellent for formal
dinners and smaller meetings.

The Panola Room can be used as a stand-alone meeting room or as
a buffet area for larger events in the Ballroom.
Facilities use forms, fees, and scheduling are available through
the Panola College Business
Office, or you may telephone Renae Weaver at 903.693.2000 to
discuss arrangements.
