Cyndi Rutherford has been General Manager of Panola College Campus Services since 1999. She holds degrees in both hotel and restaurant management and culinary arts. She is also Regional Catering Director for Sodexho Campus Services, and is highly involved in every aspect of daily operations. She is also a certified ServSafe instructor.

If you call Sodexho during regular business hours, you are likely to be greeted by Sheree Ritter’s cheerful voice. Behind the scenes, she is an integral part of the unit’s daily operation. She also interacts with the student body on a daily basis as well as at special events. In addition to her many other talents, Sheree is a licensed nurse and ServSafe certified.

Scott Peck is the newest member of the Sodexho team. He has many years of restaurant experience, and brings his considerable skill to caterings, daily meals, and more. He is ServSafe certified.
